因為用天然黑芝麻醬,並無諗住要加入黑炭粉之類令佢變黑,天然係咁嘅色就食返咁嘅色係本店宗旨,中間用紫米做嘅麻糬,比一般嘅麻糬較黏一啲 Unlike the traditional black sesame paste, we toned the overall sweetness down slightly, and intensified the savory of black sesame. Impeccable when combined with the purple rice mochi.
