用小山園抹茶粉「龍膽」製作,中間係紅寶石朱古力,本身就係天然咁嘅色嘅朱古力嚟,天然嘅莓果味嚟(明明我記得有明治apollo朱古力藍莓版,但大家投票有7成人覺得我食咗假貨。。) The beloved matcha - but make it fruity! We made the financier extra luscious by complementing “Marukyu-Koyamaen - Rindo” matcha with the naturally crimson ruby chocolate filling.

蛋糕用小山園抹茶粉「龍膽」製作,中間用小山園抹茶粉「若竹」製作,加咗細細塊柚子落去係為咗吊一吊個茶味 係真係會有啲唔同架(唔係是但無嘢搵嘢嚟加囉) Don’t be afraid to spoil yourself with this financier made from “Marukyu-Koyamaen - Wakatake” matcha for the batter and “Marukyu-Koyamaen - Rindo” matcha for the custard, finished with a pinch of yuzu to bring out the best taste.

蛋糕用咗榛子粉同蜂蜜做,朱古力亦加咗榛子醬去製作,自己個人覺得係最鍾意食嘅口味(係我個人偏好姐) You’ll go nuts for this treat, which blends hazelnut spread, natural honey, and “CALLEBAUT 70% cocoa” chocolate into the batter, then sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts for a phenomenal texture.
