一般原個cream cake俾人感覺好肥好膩,所以用乳酪去做一部分嘅cream會減低咗整個蛋糕嘅肥膩度,蛋糕外層為蘋果乳酪製作嘅cream,蛋糕表面有伯爵茶cream及自家製蘋果乾,蛋糕內會有1層蘋果乳酪混合新鮮蘋果粒,再有2層伯爵茶蛋糕片及1層伯爵茶cream,整體感覺2種味道並唔會偏向激濃而導致影響味覺過份衝擊,走小清新路線適合要求重口味以外客人品賞
Normally, a cream whole cake is too fatty. Therefore, yogurt is used to replace part of cream in order to make it healthier. The surrounding whipped cream is made of apple yogurt and cream. There are earl grey cream and home made dried apple. There are also several layers inside the cake - one contends apple yogurt and fresh cube apple, two layers of earl grey cake and one layer of earl grey cream. This is a balance of earl grey tea and apple yogurt and cannot fulfill for those hardcore people.5' Whole cake

焙茶黑糖蕨餅 Hojicha with Okinawa Brown Sugar Warabi Mochi
最外層係比較薄嘅黑糖味cream,一開始食未係好有存在感,但之後嘅後勁好令人有驚喜!中間有幾層 - 焙茶cream,焙茶醬,焙茶戚風蛋糕,黑糖蕨餅及焙茶朱古力脆脆。焙茶醬會增加唔少焙茶感,黑糖蕨餅有認識本店都會知道好嘢嚟!焙茶朱古力脆脆就係自家製最新傑作嚟!The outer whipped cream is made of Okinawa brown sugar. This would not be tasted at the beginning but the after taste is really surprise me. There will be several layers inside the cake - Hoijcha cream, hojicha sauce, hojicha chiffon cakes, Okinawa brown sugar warabi mochi and hojicha chocolate crunch. 5' Whole cake
