黑森林蛋糕Black Forest Gateau
聖誕限定！酒感較重！德國係有規格規定點為之係黑森林蛋糕架，呢個會比較接近呢個標準！主要用嘅櫻桃都需要浸Kirschwasser(櫻桃酒)，面同入面都係呢隻cherry嚟架！白色嘅Cream都加入咗white rum增強酒感。而中間朱古力蛋糕片係需要有一定比例嘅朱古力先得架，中間仲有一層自製櫻桃醬，底層係朱古力脆底！最外層仲要係手刨70%朱古力！Christmas special edition flavor. It is made for alcoholic! In Germany, there is a standard for certification a Black Forest gateau. Base on this standard, we try hard to reach that. The cherry that is used is need to soak the kirschwasser. Those are on the top and inside the cake. The white rum is added to the white cream. The chocolate cakes are needed to contain certain amount of chocolate. Cherry puree is placed in the middle layer. There is also a chocolate crunch for the bottom layer.4' Whole cake

There are several chocolate chiffon cakes. The chocolate crunches are added into the chocolate cream. Not too sweet but so chocolate! There is hazelnut cream inside and a layer of hazelnut chocolate. 用嘅係日本紫薯嚟架！入面會有紅茶味蛋糕片，紫薯蓉，紫薯cream，紅茶cream同白玉，最頂嘅花花都係紫薯乾同蕃薯乾。紫薯蓉係手製架，當然用咗日本三溫糖，一貫地都唔會添加任何香精同色素。Japan purple sweet potato is used. There will be several layers of black tea chiffon cakes.
