WHAT IS THE BEST BEFORE DATE?
No food preservatives of any kind are added into our products to ensure the freshest, most delicious pastries arrives at your hands.
Rollcakes: 2 - 3 days in refrigerator
Dacquoise: 2 - 3 days in refrigerator, 7 days in frozen state
Financier: 7 days in refrigerator, 2 - 3 days in room temperature
HOW CAN I ENJOY DACQUOISE IN THE BEST WAY?
If it is in frozen state, place it in room temperature for 20-30 minutes WITHOUT taking off the packing. If it is in refrigerator, just enjoy it.
CAN I WALK-IN TO PURCHASE?
As for the workhouse in Hong Kong Arts Centre, no stocks are available but there will be later on.

Cash, Payment, FPS are accepted right now.

IS THERE ANY DELIVERY SERVICE?
We do not provide direct delivery service. Customers can self pick up at our workhouse. MTR station is available for Hong Kong Island line and from Tsim Sha Tsui to Prince Edward ( more than $380 and after 18:00), Wan Chai Station/ Exhibition Centre ( more than $100 and after 15:00). Customers can also arrange 3rd party delivery service at their own cost but mind that we can only ensure the cake is in ideal condition before it is delivered. There is risk for getting damage during delivering.
