The beloved matcha - but make it fruity! We made the financier extra luscious by complementing “Marukyu-Koyamaen - Rindo” matcha with the naturally crimson ruby chocolate filling.

Don’t be afraid to spoil yourself with this financier made from “Marukyu-Koyamaen - Wakatake” matcha for the batter and “Marukyu-Koyamaen - Rindo” matcha for the custard, finished with a pinch of yuzu to bring out the best taste.

Hazalnut with Chocolate

You’ll go nuts for this treat, which blends hazelnut spread, natural honey, and “CALLEBAUT 70% cocoa” chocolate into the batter, then sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts for a phenomenal texture.
