Earl grey apple yogurt
Normally, a cream whole cake is too fatty. Therefore, yogurt is used to replace part of cream in order to make it healthier. The surrounding whipped cream is made of apple yogurt and cream. There are earl grey cream and home made dried apple. There are also several layers inside the cake - one contends apple yogurt and fresh cube apple, two layers of earl grey cake and one layer of earl grey cream. This is a balance of earl grey tea and apple yogurt and cannot fulfill for those hardcore people.
Hojicha with Okinawa Brown Sugar Warabi Mochi
The outer whipped cream is made of Okinawa brown sugar. This would not be tasted at the beginning but the after taste is really surprise me. There will be several layers inside the cake - Hoijcha cream, hojicha sauce, hojicha chiffon cakes, Okinawa brown sugar warabi mochi and hojicha chocolate crunch.
Hazelnut Chocolate
Christmas special edition flavor. This must be tried for chocoholic. There are several chocolate chiffon cakes. The chocolate crunches are added into the chocolate cream. Not too sweet but so chocolate! There is hazelnut cream inside and a layer of hazelnut chocolate. Chocolate sauce on the top of hazelnut cream! Strongly highlight the caramel hazelnut on the top!

Matcha Tiramisu
"Marukyu Koyamaen - Isuzu", also traditional tiramisu skill is used. Besides mascarpone is used, egg yolk which is heat up to 70˚c is added too. Therefore, the texture will be much smoother. There are 2 different kinds of Sake in the lady finger. This may not be so strong but increase the layer of the cake.

Tiramisu (with baileys)
Baileys is added into the mascarpone and the lady finger. The same as Matcha Tiramisu, traditional recipe is used. Due to majority flavor, the alcohol would not be too much. For some alcoholic may not be satisfied.
